Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into an enquiry form. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name, company, email address and telephone number
• Details of the property, site or project you are contacting us about
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

We do not ask for financial details, identification documents or any special category data through this website. Please do not send them through these forms.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a discussion, to carry on that correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services — and, where a discussion progresses, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a discussion are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry leads to an instruction or a transaction, records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

Changes

If we change how we handle enquiry information we will update this notice.
