Occupied sites
Most of our work happens above or beside people who still live and work there. Access, noise, dust and neighbour management are planned before the first delivery arrives.
Programme
A programme is issued at the start and reported against weekly. Long-lead items are ordered ahead of the point at which they become critical.
Cost
We price from the drawings issued. Where the design is incomplete we identify it and carry a provisional sum rather than assume a scope.
