We identify and progress property opportunities across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets. Depending on the instruction, that may mean acquiring and developing for our own account, advising an owner or investor, delivering construction work, or providing landscape design and maintenance.

The group structure matters because the commercial decision and the practical reality of delivery can be considered together. On Tay's own schemes, development and construction share leadership, while Property Advisory and Greenscapers can be brought in where they add value.

Each business can also be instructed independently. The aim is not to force every project through the entire group, but to put the right capability around the opportunity.
