New mixed-use construction from the ground up.
The Hendon scheme comprises a ground-floor retail unit occupied by the Post Office, with six flats across the first to third floors: four two-bedroom apartments and two studio apartments.
Tay Developments developed the scheme, with Ashleigh Construction delivering the construction. The completed property was fully let and subsequently sold.
