Richard co-founded Tay with Lee and works across acquisitions, development strategy, investment and the commercial decisions behind each scheme. He brings extensive experience as a property developer and investor, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities, structuring transactions and moving projects from acquisition into delivery.
Lee co-founded Tay with Richard and is closely involved across the full development cycle, from reviewing new opportunities and acquisitions through to finance, construction and exit. He also helped establish Ashleigh Construction as the group's in-house delivery arm, giving Tay direct involvement from the property decision through to the build.
Callum leads construction delivery through Ashleigh Construction. His role covers programme, site coordination, quality and day-to-day delivery, working with consultants, subcontractors and site teams from pre-construction through to handover.
Guy leads Greenscapers across landscape design, planting, project delivery and ongoing grounds maintenance. He focuses on practical, well-considered outdoor spaces for private, residential and commercial settings, with continuity from the initial brief through to ongoing care.
