We review the leases of all existing flats to confirm that new units can be built above the current roof.
A crucial step is to ascertain if the building can structurally support the new development.
We ensure that the new flats have proper means of access and escape that meet all current regulations.
Our team checks if the proposed scheme will comply with all permitted development guidelines and also regulations regarding minimum room sizes and natural light.
We consider the resale values of the potential flats to ensure that the overall scheme is financially viable
If we are happy that the development is feasible we will then engage with the property owners and discuss the terms and conditions of a possible purchase of the airspace opportunity.
